The Safety and Consumer Statutes Administration Act

The Safety and Consumer Statutes Administration Act establishes the legal framework for ESA’s operation as an Administrative Authority. The Act clearly establishes that Administrative Authorities are not agencies of the crown, their employees are not crown employees and the crown is not liable for their acts or omissions.
