ELECTRICAL PRODUCT SAFETY IN ONTARIO: REGULATION 438/07
On August 1, 2007 the Ministry of Small Business and Consumer Services filed Ontario Regulation 438/07, Product Safety. This new regulation enables Electrical Safety Authority to address the safety of electrical products and equipment sold and used in Ontario.
ESA is committed to working with stakeholders over the next several months to establish operational guidelines to support the implementation of the regulation. Click here for more information about Regulation 438/07.
